The Bumbu XO comes from Panama and is distilled there exclusively from locally grown sugar cane and pure spring water.
The 18-year aging process takes place in ex-Bourbon barrels, with a finish in ex-Sherry barrels.
Tasting notes:
Colour: Amber.
Nose: notes of toffee, toasted oak, vanilla.
Taste: orange zest, peppery spices, hints of coffee.
Finish: Long lasting.
The Original can be used pure, on ice or as an ingredient in cocktails.
